March for the Veterans of the Polish Home Army Fund

Poland Street, London's leading Polish volunteering organisation in London, is inviting volunteers to help raise money for the Veterans of the Polish Home Army (or AK) Fund throughout the month of March. The Fund was set up in 1947 in London with the aim to support the poorest WWII veterans living in Poland, and has so far provided vital funds to thousands of veterans and also widows of those who fought in the War.

Do you have a say in your future?

The general election takes place on Thursday 7 May 2015. There are fewer than 100 days until voters go to the polls to elect a Member of Parliament. Only people who are on the electoral register will be able to vote at this election.

It’s not too late to register. Anyone who has not registered to vote should visit www.gov.uk/register-to-vote immediately to apply. You should do this straightaway as the process can take several weeks.
